This is a thick, creamy chowder, chock full of fo potatoes with onions, carrots, green peppers, leeks, celery, tomatoes, and a touch of dill. Add water and chunks of fresh fish to make this a full meal or delightful appetizer for a larger group. Cooks in 10 minutes. Makes a quart of soup, that’s two 2 cup servings. ( Didn’t catch any fish? Even tastes great without the fish. )
